order and refund policies
Each piece that allows customization is created after the order is replaced. In each case you are allowed to choose a custom color dye option. To choose colors you may either enter the color or colorway that you would like in the color form when purchasing or provide via e-mail reference photos for color. As these pieces are painted and dyed, color matches will be approximate. Blumenhaus FG will create color matches as close to perfect as possible, but as with any hand created item there may be slight variations in color from what was requested. If the artist determines that a color variation or selection is not possible to accomplish this will be communicated with you via phone or e-mail.
refunds and returns
Refunds will only be issued on initial consulting fees for re-create and only yours custom requests. Each of these requests will require deposits after drafting and all drafts will be approved by the customer. If a draft was approved and construction has begun, deposits will not be refunded as supplies and materials were already purchased.
Returns are not accepted on any custom items available. Refunds are at the discretion of the artist and are not issued on any customized item. If you receive your piece and it is damaged in anyway, Blumenhaus FG will offer to correct or fix the item once it has been returned but a refund will not be issued.
timeframe
For items ordered through the Rose Menu, constructing your piece will begin within 24 hours and will be completed within 7 days and ready to ship, pickup or deliver.
For re-create and only yours custom requests. Drafting will begin within 24 hours and drafts will be available within 1 week. Timeframes for piece completion will vary based on the design/concept of the piece. Final timelines will be in communicated in the contract and any delay to timeframes will be communicated within 24 hours via phone or e-mail.
Intellectual property
All pieces created by Blumenhaus FG remain the intellectual property of Blumenhaus. All images within this website are the intellectual property of Blumenhaus. Using images retrieved from this site or from any piece made by Blumenhaus will be reported as a violation of intellectual property law.
Using any Blumenhaus FG images within another website or social media site without the express permission of Blumenhaus FG will result in a report being filed with the site.
artistic discretion
You are purchasing artwork that is custom tailored for you, but it is the artwork of Blumenhaus FG. All pieces that are completed by Blumenhaus FG will be of the highest standard. In order to meet those standards some requests cannot be accommodated. Requests that would affect the overall quality or structural integrity of the piece will be at the sole discretion of the artist. While the artist will work to accommodate any request they reserve the right to deny any request for any reason.
Blumenhaus FG reserves the right to refuse service and not issue refund or returns on deposits for any requests that are overtly vulgar, feature hate speech, or display intolerance of any kind.
